David’s family and friends celebrated and relaxed many days with him throughout the years. He also had a love and passion for sports, real estate and traveling the coast lines. I, personally, have just spent almost five years deeply immersed in the world of data and analytics and business intelligence, and hopefully I learned something during that time about those topics.

She had been a waitress and shift manager at area restaurants including Papa Gino’s for fifteen years. While continuing to work in his company, he diverted his attention to real estate investments. In 1957, she married Leonard Bruns and lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The family moved to Natick, Massachusetts in 1963 and lived there until 2000. She lived by the principle of helping others.

She was born on May 12, 1942 in Burlington to Leonard and Marion Lafayette. Diane graduated from Rice Memorial High School and Trinity College. She lived her Catholic faith in all aspects of her life. She was an active parishioner at Saint Joseph’s Parish for over 50 years. Family was of the utmost importance to her. She was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed watching her grandchildren’s baseball, basketball and softball games, not missing many.
Three years later, on June 8, 1974, she married her childhood sweetheart and love of her life, David G. Wood at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Campbell's Field opened alongside of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge in May 2001 after two years of construction. Campbell's Field was a 6,700-seat baseball park in Camden, New Jersey, United States that hosted its first regular season baseball game on May 11, 2001. The riverfront project was a joint venture backed by the state, Rutgers University, Cooper's Ferry Development Association and the Delaware River Port Authority. She is survived by her sister, Sandra Holbrook of Milton, as well as Sandy’s son, Gary and his wife Tammy and their two children, Jamie and Kayla and several nieces, nephews and their families.
